Have your say on the Commercialising Business Ideas discussion paper.

A recent consultation by the Department of Industry, Innovation and Science has found that small and medium enterprises often face Intellectual Property (IP) challenges when attempting to commercialise their ideas.

A discussion paper addressing these challenges is currently open for consultation and we’re seeking your feedback on:

  • whether the findings and recommendations reflect the issues Australian businesses face when commercialising a business idea
  • any important challenges missing from the discussion paper
  • any another suggestions or ideas to address the findings.
